My weight!! I want to get to normal BMI! I was discipline in exercising and eating healthy, but since the abuses, I'm losing control of my healthy lifestyle. Basically in every aspects of my life, I'm losing control because of the abuses. *sigh* I miss my old-self. The one with self-confidence and believing in myself. If I could turn back time, really, I wish to never have met with my abuser.

Very cool. It's Tony Robbins, certainly an expert in this industry. He has helped me a lot

Randy Austin it's a 10hours audio. It's a compilation, I think? I managed to hear the first part only. Some are good points, but need execution! Thank you for sharing. For the best part, now my Youtube recommendation videos also include motivational videos! :-)

Yeah it's excellent. I'm also listening to it daily. It's going to take time. That's fine. Maybe just 30 minutes a day. This program sells (or was sold) for 300 USD so I think it's extremely valuable

Although you have plenty to listen to. Feel free to check out Brendon Bruchard as well. He is pretty amazing. (however I think Tony hits it right on point in this series)

I've been heard about Tony Robbins since ages. But you know, I was so believing in myself that I felt blah listening to motivation audio or reading books about it. Then at this age, where I should have had this peak career in my life, I was just like a blink, my self esteem dragged to the lowest and I hit the rock bottom point of my life. If I could relate this to my religion: God turned my life really like one snap. He is teaching me something, I know, and now is the most crucial time for me going forward, whether I'm gonna be a success or a loser for the rest of my life. It's really the after effect of emotional and verbal abuses that caught me up really bad. Thank you so much for sharing and reminding me to listen to Tony Robbins. In my first attempt listening to the audio, I don't think he's just providing motivational words but also how to build ourselves up. I'm gonna try to check out Brendon Bruchard too. If you have more references, kindly please share to me, audio or books or sites. :-)

There are 100 hundred things I need to improve: My posture, my musical intelligence, my bodily kinesthetic, my charisma, public speaking, creative writing. I want to read more about history, arts and philosophy as I never studied these subjects back in my grade school (they were not properly taught in Vietnamese grade schools) I want to learn Spanish, Chinese and Arabic faster. And I want to be more mature, more patient, understanding and persevered. I also want to be less spontaneous and have more tolerance towards boredom. And I want to be able to like the crowd, loud noise and be around people.

Sheila, I think there is no peak career. In fact I think there is no peak in anything in our life. It is just living and experiencing life. The life that we look back on always seems better than what we have now due to our imagination. We always romanticize what we don't have. But once we have it we may realize that it is so damn boring (if it is good) or like hell (if it is bad) and then we move on to romanticize something else.

Sheila Yovita You are very welcome. I think the key, like you said is 'execution' Throughout the audio, Tony tells us to stop the audio and do a specific action. Its these actions, combined with listening and learning, that will help point us in the right direction of our goals and our dreams. Without the execution however, we dont' stand a chance
