Being too emotional can cause many bad things. After many serious issues in my life, I have learnt to keep calm, think carefully, take it easy and be more understanding. My friends and my family have said that I have improved much but in comparison with them, I still need to balance my feeling more. One more thing, it would be great if I could always stand in the floor instead of flying with my unreal mind.
Now your turns, guys!

I have suffered with an eating disorder for over 10 years, I will never forget the time my parents cried when they took me to the hospital because I dropped 23 kg in 6 months by starving myself. But I got back to into unhealthy behaviors every time. and only in this year I told my loved one that “I’ve decided to get better" and begin to realize what a toll it was taking on my life and happiness. Starving myself is not the answer. I wish I'd known that years ago.
